      The EM78F665N series are 8-bit microprocessors designed and developed with low-power, high-speed CMOS technology. They have on-chip 4Kx15-bit Electrical Flash Memory, 128 8-bit In-system programmable EEPROM, two 8-bit timers, two 10-bit PWM, 8 channels AD with 12 bits resolution and I2C
      With enhanced Flash-ROM features, the EM78F665N offers a convenient way of developing and verifying users' programs. Moreover, users can avail of the EMC Writer to easily program his development code.
